Before my mum came to visit us, I promised her that we will not do much, but there is so much to see in London… I really wanted to take her to the Borough market, the oldest and biggest market in London. Food is a bit overpriced, but it’s all about the experience, right?!
We got there just before 11 am, the stalls were still setting up so we took the opportunity to have some food before the office workers rushed to the market for lunch. Here is my unusual breakfast – halloumi and veg burger with hummus. Delicious! It’s a dangerous place to be for food lovers!
Some more snaps of the beautiful food we came across in the market.
I never miss an opportunity to try cheeses in the markets. We bought the lovely Bath Brie cheese for Charlie and the award winning ‘Lord London’ for my brother.
